HTTP 409, type conflict_error.
That payment instrument can no longer be charged.
Why it happened
The instrument was detached, or is otherwise not chargeable any more. The message says which.
How to fix it
Subscribe with a different card, saved from a checkout payment for this customer. If this card was detached, saving it again does not bring it back today: a card your account has already saved is found by its number and reused as it is, still detached. If you need this card, contact support with the request id.
Retrying: retry only after fixing the instrument, to a different card that can be charged. This refusal happens while the request is processed, after its Idempotency-Key is claimed, so send the corrected request with a new Idempotency-Key.
