HTTP 413, type invalid_request_error.

The request body is larger than the server accepts.

Why it happened

The API accepts a request body of up to 1 MiB (1,048,576 bytes), and this request is over it.

How to fix it

Send a smaller body. Large lists belong on paged reads, not in one write.

Retrying: retry only after fixing the body, by sending a smaller one. This request is refused before its Idempotency-Key is claimed, so send the corrected request with the same Idempotency-Key.
