HTTP 409, type conflict_error.
This subscription is already paused.
Why it happened
A pause was requested on a subscription that is already paused.
How to fix it
No action is needed. To change how it is paused, resume it first, then send the new pause as a new request with a new Idempotency-Key: this refusal happened after the key was claimed, so the same key will not run a second pause. A subscription paused with behavior skip cannot be resumed through the API yet: see pause_behavior_unsupported.
Retrying: do not retry the same request. It will not succeed.
